Eurofork achieved gender equality certification, which is awarded to companies that demonstrate a forward-looking vision towards social change and implement concrete policies to reduce inequalities in wages, professional roles, opportunities and any other form of inequality between men and women.

We decided to work with a certifying institute which, through an in-depth analysis of the company’s processes, issued us with the certificate of conformity.

For Eurofork, it is crucial to keep up with the times and implement solutions that promote and value diversity in the working environment, not only in terms of gender, but also with regard to religious aspects, physical abilities, ethnicity, and more.

Whistleblowing

Eurofork believes it is essential to promote an ethical and transparent working environment. In this spirit, we have developed a whistleblowing system that allows people to report misconduct that is illegal or contrary to company values, without fear of retaliation.

Whistleblowing is a crucial means of promptly identifying and addressing problematic situations within the organisation. We recognise that creating a secure and confidential channel for reporting not only helps to protect our company, but also to ensure a fairer and more respectful working environment.
