Eurofork has developed a fast and efficient after-sales service in order to understand and solve Customers’ problems and requests.

Currently, about 13.000 Eurofork handling devices work all around the world. Eurofork service team consists of skilled technicians able to operate in reduced time on all types of telescopic forks and other handling devices even produced by other manufacturers. Different types of assistance contracts will guarantee minimized costs and will increase the product’s lifetime.

With regards to ESMARTSHUTTLE system, Eurofork offers a complete range of service contracts:

  • Training on site: during and/or after commissioning
  • Remote assistance: intervention possibilities are based on the selected software option
  • Preventive maintenance: customized on application, working time and ambient conditions
  • Training course for software installation, configuration, use and management which main goal is to ensure the completely independency of System Integrator.

Each performed maintenance activity (spare parts, interventions, revisions) is recorded to maintain historical chronology on handling devices. Thanks to this our staff is able to quickly identify to-do operation, allowing Customers to resume their activities in short time. Customers’ positive feedbacks show us their constant appreciation.
